Stephanie Pommier

Director of Major Gifts

Hearing Health Foundation

Stephanie Pommier joins Hearing Health Foundation as Director of Major Gifts after spending over eight years at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH USA), where she led a team of seven staff as the Vice President of Donor Relations and guided the Regional Board in fundraising efforts. She particularly enjoys building a culture of philanthropy by meeting with donors to understand their passions, engaging them in expanding their joy of giving, and showing appreciation for their generosity.

Stephanie has been fundraising in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years, and has held development roles at Girl Scouts, the University of Minnesota, and the Humane Society of the United States. Stephanie also completed her doctoral coursework and is working to find time to finish her thesis.

In her personal life, Stephanie spends her free time with her family. She and her high-school sweetheart will celebrate their 28th anniversary next year with their two adult children, Heather and Evan. Over the years, she has supported her children in a variety of activities, from wrestling and soccer to taekwondo and competition dance, including Heather’s Gold Award in Girl Scouts and Evan’s Eagle Award in Boy Scouts. She also enjoys spending time outdoors in all the Minnesota seasons, crafting, gardening, reading, kickboxing, and camping.

Stephanie’s inspiration is her mother, who taught her an appreciation for God in her life and the importance of perseverance.
