Kim Allen (she/her) is a proven fundraiser and dynamic leader who strongly believes in defending and preserving the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person by the Constitution. With over a decade of experience in fundraising for universities and non-profit organizations, Kim has demonstrated her expertise in working with individuals, corporations, and foundations. Additionally, she has more than twenty years of experience as an Athletics Administrator, providing strategic leadership and management to athletics programs at reputable institutions such as Rutgers University – Newark, Smith College, and the University of New England.
Throughout her career, Kim has been dedicated to creating inclusive environments with high standards, fostering growth and success for all individuals. She takes immense pride in building authentic and mutually beneficial relationships.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management at Douglass College, Rutgers University, and furthered her education with a Master of Education from Springfield College.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kim enjoys spending time with her partner, Danielle, and son Lucas. They share their lives with their two dogs, Archie and Levi, and enjoy the company of their family and friends. Kim's goal is to leave a legacy of giving back, lifting up others, and making a positive impact through her work.
