Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in global health fundraising and social impact to her role as Senior Director of Institutional Giving. Prior to joining Smile Train, she led cross-sector partnerships, corporate philanthropy programs, and grant initiatives focused on advancing health equity worldwide. Jennifer has worked extensively in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.  Known for her collaborative and relationship-centered approach, she is excited to help grow Smile Train’s institutional giving portfolio and support the organization’s mission of providing safe, comprehensive cleft care for children globally.
