Holly is a Cincinnati native with over 25 years of experience leading and managing organizations in both Cincinnati and Washington, D.C. In 2019, she began a career in nursing, combining her leadership background with clinical knowledge to expand educational and support resources for individuals and communities in need. She brings a deep understanding of the interplay between individuals, the healthcare system, and underserved populations.

Prior to joining the chiLD Foundation, Holly worked as an RN, served as Health Services Coordinator and RN for Stepping Stones of Ohio, and was Director of Operations for the Fernald Workers’ Medical Monitoring Program.  She lives on the east side of Cincinnati with her son.
