Robin Brennan, DrPH, MS, has been appointed Executive Director of CAMP Rehoboth, becoming the first parent to lead the organization. A public health leader, educator, and strategist, Dr. Brennan brings more than 25 years of experience advancing health equity, strengthening nonprofit and healthcare organizations, and building inclusive communities. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles across healthcare systems, universities, and nonprofit organizations, where she has led large-scale initiatives focused on LGBTQ+ community health, organizational development, and belonging. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and coalition building, and has successfully secured and managed multimillion-dollar grants supporting programs that expand access to quality care and improve health outcomes.

Dr. Brennan holds a Doctorate in Public Health in Community Health and Prevention and a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and Quantitative Methods and is a certified professional coach. As Executive Director, she will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community partners to build on CAMP Rehoboth’s strong foundation and guide the organization into its next chapter of impact as a welcoming and affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community.

Currently a part-time resident of Rehoboth Beach, Dr. Brennan will relocate full-time with her wife, daughter, and three dogs.
