Mark Priest is a finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across education, nonprofit, and corporate settings. He serves as Canon for Finance and Operations at the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio, where he oversees financial strategy, operations, and administrative systems in support of the Diocese’s mission and congregations.

Before joining the Diocese, Mark was Vice President of Finance and Operations at Springer School and Center in Cincinnati, leading finance, HR, facilities, and IT for a $6 million organization. Earlier, he served as CFO of Christ Church Cathedral, managing financial strategy and operations for a $100 million endowment, and held leadership roles with Paycor, Convergys, GE Capital, and Ent & Imler CPA Group.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and serves on the national Episcopal leadership board, CEEP.
