Jennifer Bledsoe is Chief Development Officer at NMAC, where she leads fundraising strategy and philanthropic partnerships in support of the organization’s mission. She joined NMAC as Development Director in 2023 and was promoted to Chief Development Officer in 2025.

Jennifer is a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit fundraising professional with more than 13 years of experience across individual, corporate, foundation, government, and event-based fundraising strategies. Her prior experience includes roles with Capital Area Food Bank, United Planning Organization, and National 4-H Council, where she helped raise significant support for programs serving communities, families, and young people.

She holds a BA in Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MS in Organizational Management from Trinity Washington University.
